Shipping Policy

We currently only offer shipping within New Zealand.

Intention Roll On glass bottles are carefully packaged in their own box & then packaged with protection into a courier post box.

Delivery Timeframe:

We strive to ensure a prompt delivery experience.  While carrier delivery times may vary, our usual processing timeline involves dispatching your order within 1-3 business days of placement.

Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.  Deliveries may be delayed because of public holidays or rural deliveries (allow an extra day).

NZ Shipping Costs:

We offer flat-rate shipping cost of $5 to both urban & rural addresses.

Please Note:

• We utilise NZ Post for courier services.  Once your package is picked up, any delivery concerns should be directed to NZ Post.

• We kindly remind you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the courier's possession.
