Ngāti Tūwharetoa, English, Scandinavian, European female, who grew up in New Zealand. Started learning classical piano from the age of six. Discovered the electronic keyboard and fell in love with the many sounds of synthesisers and sound design. 🩵
Performance first came as piano concerts and musical theatre as I was growing up. I joined a few bands as their keyboardist and backing vocalist which exposed me to recording studios and international touring. University gained me an Hons. Degree in Music, specialising in Compositions & Sonic Arts, winning the Lilburn Trust award in my final year. 🩵
Consider myself a multi-genre artist with influences from reggae, dub, ambient, minimal techno, dark techno, classical piano, indie, film, alternative, orchestral, experimental, and the list continues to grow..... 🩵
